We aim to keep you up to date with some of the exciting developments that have happened this year—and give you a sneak peek at what’s still to come.
We’ve made many changes to the shop recently. One of the biggest additions has been our new outdoor chiller, which proved extremely popular during strawberry season. We sold an astounding 2,000 punnets from a local Shropshire supplier!
We’ve also introduced a new organic meat supplier, Fordhall Farm, based in Market Drayton. Their frozen pies have been very well received.Our previous local cheese supplier retired, so we have now partnered with Snowdonia Cheese. Alongside this, we’ve expanded our selection of local products, adding more local suppliers for gin, beer, and cider.
We are currently running an in-store competition. If you’re lucky enough to purchase a product with a sticker, your name will be entered into a prize draw to win a hamper worth over £25.
Christmas is fast approaching, so keep an eye out for our Christmas Hamper Raffle, turkey order forms in the shop, and of course the village’s amazing Christmas Fair on Thursday 11th December. The whole community is coming together to celebrate, and it’s promised to be another fantastic event.
